Delivering to Cuba required strict quality control and on-time execution.
The project scope included manufacturing drawings, manufacture of steelwork and platework. Trail assembly included all steel and platework, mechanicals, piping, access walkways and electrical racking, to reduce site manhours and ensure seamless fit-up. Once disassembled, the plant was painted, packed onto Viva’s skid system, containerised and shipped to Cuba, with Viva providing site supervision for efficient installation.
The full process plant assembly before shipment resulted in a perfectly executed project in a remote location.
