Viva Engineering delivered a fully assembled mobile and extendable bulk material handling spreader reducing site installation time and associated installation risks. Viva completed the multi-disciplinary scope from manufacturing drawings, fabrication, trail assembly and corrosion protection. Once fully painted, the spreader booms were fitted with all mechanical equipment in Viva’s off-site assembly yard before loading onto cross boarder transport for delivery to site.
By assembling the spreader system off site, this reduced site construction time, site costs, site team sizes and eliminated site safety risks, ensuring smoother installation.
